We are sure you’ll have seen that, as an effort to help to contain the COVID-19 virus, the Government has announced a new 4-week national lockdown in England, from this Thursday 5th November to December 2nd. So, we must again close our doors for normal shopping at Ceritech Audio and The Music Store.
Across the coming weeks our highest priority is to keep customers & our employees safe, and after that to help all our customers get hold of the items they need. Here is a rundown of what we’re doing:
Until 5.30pm on 4th November, the stores will be open as normal with appropriate procedures and safety measures in place.
From Thursday 5th November until Wednesday 2nd December, you can order from us online and pick up from store at an appointed time with “zero contact” Order & Collect, and we will also be offering “zero contact” Delivery appointments, “zero contact” product demonstration appointments and product collection appointments where possible. We may not be available by telephone, but please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we are able, or you may contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our current plan is to re-open as normal on Thursday 3rd December.
You can order online from our Ebay or Discogs stores, and we will send your purchases to you by Royal Mail or courier service as appropriate.
Alternatively, if you would like to use one of our “zero contact” service options, please send an email detailing your requirements to email@example.com
You can order by email to collect from store using our:
“zero contact” Order & Collect Service, where you don’t even have to leave the safety of your car (we’ll just pop everything into your boot)
“zero contact” Order & Delivery Service, where we will deliver to your home taking appropriate social distancing and safety measures
“zero contact” Home Loan Product Demonstration Service, where we can provide a home loan of products(s) for evaluation purposes prior to purchase, where we will deliver to and collect from your home taking appropriate social distancing and safety measures and collect from your home
“zero contact” Product Collection Service, where we will collect items for service or repair from your home taking appropriate social distancing and safety measures

We want to say a big thank you to each and every colleague that works for Ceritech Audio and The Music Store. This has been a trying year for us all, and we have been rushed off our feet and have pulled out all the stops to keep things working for our customers. All of our colleagues have been – and we know will continue to be – amazing. We would like to ask for your patience when dealing with us in these challenging times. We will do our very best to continue to offer you an effective and efficient service.
These conditions continue to have the potential to cause irreparable damage to many small businesses including our own, and in these difficult circumstances we need our loyal customers now more than ever. So please support local businesses and please keep on placing orders with us; with your help we might just survive the challenges that lie ahead!
